Job Description:
To prepare sale and purchase agreements for subsale transactions.
To handle, monitor and complete the subsale transaction from beginning until the end.
Other conveyancing work assigned by the Firm.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) or be a member of the Malaysian Bar.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
Preferably able to start immediately or on short notice.
