Scope :Conveyancing, Commercial, and Banking Law
Responsibilities:
Assist in handling conveyancing transactions, including sales and purchase agreements, property transfers, and mortgage documentation.
Support in preparing and reviewing contracts related to commercial law matters.
Aid in drafting legal documents and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Conduct legal research and provide analysis on case laws and statutes.
Liaise with clients, government authorities, and other legal professionals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law and called to the Malaysian Bar.
Up to 2 years of legal experience.
Strong understanding of conveyancing and commercial law.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
