Responsibilities:
Managing end-to-end recruitment process in Malaysia, focusing on Talent Acquisition on non-tech roles such as financial frontline business development, support and operational services roles.
Work closely with business heads and hiring managers to manage expectations and identify hiring needs.
Responsible for developing strong talent pipeline and managing various recruitment channels and resources, including but not limited to internal referral programs.
Identifying an organisation's needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance.
Translate the overall people strategy and staffing blueprint into execution and tactics, ensuring alignment of staffing needs with business objectives while managing, influencing, and driving the recruitment process.
Plan, interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
Drive positive messages and represent our high-performance culture to amplify our reputation as a great place to work.
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, preparation of hiring proposals up to onboarding of candidates.
Prior experience in at least one of the following industries: financial, forex, cryptocurrency, commodities, or bonds.
Solid experience in regional talent attraction and acquisition, with the ability to respond quickly to business needs by designing effective hiring strategies and delivering significant impact through finding great talents.
Resourceful and proven track record in headhunting passive candidates.
Eagerness to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Bilingual inEnglishandMandarinto communicate with regional colleagues and candidates.
