Kastam/Customs Specialist

Job Functions / Responsibilities / Tasks
Responsible for import and export documents checking and handling import and export clearance.
Responsible for coding with customs clearance exceptions.
Responsible for applying tax exemption documents.
Responsible for matching commodity HS CODE and entry in TMS system.
Responsible for import permit application.
Responsible for import certificate of origin application.
Responsible for handling import and export related matters, such as signing transportation contracts and applying for customs clearance agency fees.
Responsible for submitting various kinds of customs reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; priority will be given to those with customs declaration certificate.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customs clearance.
Good understanding of regulations for HS CODE and customs policy.
Good understanding of certificate of origin application.

Skills to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
