Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager with experience in the beverage or food service industry to manage and grow relationships with key chain outlet clients.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales of our premium beverage products by building strong partnerships, understanding client needs, and ensuring seamless execution of strategies tailored to the evolving beverage market.
Key Responsibilities:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key chain outlet accounts, focusing on the unique needs of the beverage industry.
Achieve sales targets by promoting the Brand's beverage products and identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
Design and execute strategic account plans that align with industry trends and client goals.
Provide insights into beverage product trends, consumer preferences, and seasonal demands to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional terms that benefit both the Brand and chain outlets.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, R&D, logistics) to ensure successful implementation of promotions, product launches, and customized beverage solutions.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the highly competitive beverage industry.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in key account management within the beverage or food service industry is preferred.
Strong understanding of beverage product categories, including syrups, sauces, powders, and their applications in drinks.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a focus on consultative selling.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven ability to identify market trends and translate them into actionable sales strategies.
Passion for the beverage industry, creativity in identifying new opportunities, and a results-oriented mindset.
