Lead Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Technical Recruiter with over 7 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent using various platforms and strategies.
This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills to manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job boards.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to manage candidate data and streamline recruitment workflows.
Monitor recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and improve strategies.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters in the team.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new sourcing technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and others.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with ATS software and recruitment analytics.
