Coordinate the alignment among stakeholders for the overall automation strategic plan. Be directly accountable for all KPIs management with clear action planning.
Drive design and manufacturing early involvement focusing on the Design for Excellence (DFX) mechanism related to product launch and mass production with predictable quality and key performance improvement in Time to Market (TTM) and cost control/reduction.
As the problem solver, be accountable to provide the innovative automated solutions for all engineering/technical issues from both external customers and internal stakeholders.
Drive culture development & shift to establish a Proactive, Preventive, Professional and Innovative organization.
Responsible for the end-to-end mapping of the overall operations process flow of the venue using a range of operational excellence methodologies.
Ensure all processes are identified and documented to drive modeling and simulations for respective teams to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Train, coach and mentor new Yellow, Green and Black Belts.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
Degree or above in Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering/related disciplines.
Lean manufacturing experience involving up to 1,000 workforces to continuously improve the manufacturing processes and significantly reduce costs as a key objective.
With a growth mindset to challenge the status quo for continuous improvement.
Possess master black belt certification to coach yellow, green and black belts.
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, data-driven with pragmatic based judgment.
Strong leadership ability and able to work independently.
