Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive training and talent management strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning objectives.
Support Talent Lead to partner with key leaders in conducting needs assessments to identify learning gaps, develop targeted training solutions to ensure alignment of respective development plans to close competency gaps.
Design engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning courses, workshops, and other training resources.
Co-ordinate, facilitate and monitor training sessions, both in-person and virtually to ensure smooth implementation.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and other assessment tools.
Manage the department's training budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources, including the HRDF levy, training requests, claims, and sourcing external training vendors.
Analyze training and development metrics and present regular reports to senior management.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads, HR, and external partners.
