Responsibilities:
Identify learning and development programs suitable for the organization's needs.
Assist in designing, developing, and delivering training programs.
Develop long-term training development plans including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Training Plan, Program Design and Development, Competency Definition, Skill Development, etc.
Facilitate the onboarding process and provide induction training to ensure smooth transitions for new joiners (Including develop, implement and ensure the end-to-end effectiveness).
Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate transparent information flow and timely dissemination of updates and announcements.
Coordinate employee engagement programs, activities, and initiatives to enhance participation and strengthen company culture.
Propose innovative engagement activities and training initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars that meet employee development needs and organizational objectives.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify behavioral competency gaps and training requirements for all employees.
Design and develop training calendars, training program outlines, structure, and recommend learning solutions to close performance gaps.
Manage the training cycle administration, including training applications, HRDF grant application, submission and claims, master lists, and documentation.
Source and recommend training vendors to maintain a positive learning environment, maintain a good relationship with training provider.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement e-learning strategies effectively.
Oversee and manage the usage of the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) for training purposes, budget utilization records and HRDC Training Grant tracker with relevant data and input.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Education, Psychology, or an equivalent qualification.
At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in training, learning & development; fresh graduates with a keen interest and relevant internship experience are welcome and encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of current trends in L&D areas and strong analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact well with others.
Open-minded, willing to listen to and accept constructive criticism and feedback.
Detail-oriented, committed, with a positive attitude, and a self-driven team player.
