An established iGaming company is looking to hire a Legal and Compliance Manager to set up the function.Based in Tbilisi, Georgia, this role will require a Qualified Lawyer with previous iGaming expertise.Duties will cover:Corporate Legal Matters
Contracts negotiation and review
Third party supplier agreements
Governance Reporting
Data Protection matters
AML/KYC processes and review
Compliance - licensing, regulatory matters, audits
