Legal Associate (Corporate/M&A)

The candidate must possess the following:
Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in M&A, Equity Capital Market, Corporate Advisory and related practice areas;
Able to conduct legal due diligence;
Able to draft prospectus and circulars;
Exposed to capital market deals such as Initial Public Offering, Rights Issue and Employee Share Schemes;
Excellent writing/drafting and analytical skills;
Team player and proactive in resolving issues;
Motivated; and
Able to work independently.
