Job Description:
Able to conduct hearings and full trials
Good research skills (Legal authorities based)
Drafting and preparing cause papers, pleadings, affidavits & submissions, etc.
Preparing legal opinions
Meeting with clients
Attending case management, hearing and trial
Handling civil litigation (Civil claims, lR and banking cases)
To do other legal work assigned by the firm
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must possess a Bachelor Degree in Law with qualified practicing certificates or equivalent
Minimum 5 years experience
Able to comply with instructions, handle pressure well & a team player
High commitment to complete assigned tasks and to learn
Self-motivated and committed
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Melayu (verbal and written)
Must possess own transport
Willing to travel
Salary will commensurate with experience and skills.
