We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to the CEO.
This role combines legal advisory tasks with executive assistant responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations and informed decision-making.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and contracts.
Assist in resolving disputes and maintaining well-organized legal records.
Maintain an organized database of legal and corporate documents.
Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate events, travel arrangements, and executive functions as needed.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and other necessary documents.
Organize and maintain confidential files while liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Attend meetings with the CEO and record accurate minutes.
Assist the CEO in implementing good corporate governance practices.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and various departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
Undertake assignments, handle confidential company documents, and perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) with valid professional certification (MUST).
Able to speak in English and Mandarin.
Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and legal research platforms is an added advantage.
Discreet, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism (MUST).
