**Legal Executive | Puchong or Pengerang | RM 4000 to RM 6000**Job Role:Draft, vet, review and advise on contracts such as non-disclosure agreements, service related contracts and sales related contracts. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws.- Handling all stages of contract review/documentation and relevant ancillary documents.- Identify, assess, and manage legal risks associated with business transactions, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.- Able to work independently by handling all legal matters, including day-to-day operational work, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.- Attend all legal inquiries, offering sound legal advice, analysis, and assistance to resolve complex issues.- Manage and foster relationships with external parties, external counsel, regulators, and authorities.- Stay abreast of changes and updates to relevant laws and regulations, ensuring our practices align with legal requirements.- Liaise with traders to ensure that contract terms are in line with deal intention and consult with internal legal advisor, as necessary.- Review all incoming tender request and new client enquiries pertaining new/renewal of the tenders and contracts, in accordance with the Company's business strategy, policies and within the related laws and regulations for all divisions in Malaysia.- Analyze and review tender/contract requirements, obligations, provisions, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance of the business to relevant laws, regulations, corporate policies, and business unit's procedures at all times.- Work closely with contract holders from contract pre-award stage to post-award and till the closure or renewal of contract.- Develop, review, and implement Compliance policies, procedures, programs, and internal controls to uphold regulatory standards.- Regularly review, update, and monitor the effectiveness of Policies and Programs in addressing non-compliance risks.- Prepare and present comprehensive compliance reports.- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.**Requirements**:- Degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.- Above 5 years related experience.- Advanced expertise in operational procedures and tools gained through extensive work experience with a minimum of 5 years of practical experience.- Works independently in handling non-routine situations with mínimal supervision.- Familiar with the principles of the commercial code, contract law, safety & health standard and business ethics adopted within the industry.- Basic knowledge of oil & gas standards/regulations/procedures is an added advantage.- Willing to travel.- Fluent in English (oral & written) with excellent report writing skills.- Possess effective negotiation and communication skills with strong financial and analytical background.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 24 monthsPay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus
