Responsibilities: Review, draft and negotiate contracts and other legal documentsPreparation and facilitate corporate legal mattersProvide legal advice on issues that arose from operations to the management and assess the impact of such issues on businessLiaise with external solicitors for advice and representation Participate in private and government project tender activitiesAssist directors and managers on all other aspects Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Law or equivalent experience in a related field.Admitted to the barAt least 5 years of experience in legal practice and/or in-houseFamiliar with Malaysia law and Singapore lawStrong negotiation and drafting skills with attention to detailsExcellent written and verbal communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia Consultant in-charge: Patma | ******** | ********
