Litigation/Conveyancing Clerk

Locations are easily accessible by public transport via bus, LRT & KTM.

Responsibilities
To assist lawyers in handling SPA and/or loan documentation for sub-sale and developer project files from initial stage to completion stage.
All other related conveyancing matters such as perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge, receipt and reassignment, tenancy agreement, etc.
Familiar with conveyancing procedures.
To liaise with clients, real estate agents, bank officers, developers, and relevant government authorities/parties.
To monitor progress and update clients' files.
Raise payment vouchers and invoices, follow up on payment of invoices in a timely manner, etc.
Requirements
Education: SPM / STPM / Diploma.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the JUNIOR CLERK position.
At least 2 years of experience in Conveyancing works for the SENIOR CLERK position.
Computer literate with Microsoft Office and Excel.
Familiar with conveyancing procedures.
Meticulous, positive, and diligent.
Initiative to learn, committed to work, and good attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
