LITIGATION AND SYARIE LAWYER
1. To attend case management, e-review, hearing, or trials.
2. To assist with client interviews and analyzing matters.
3. To draft and prepare relevant cause papers independently with minimum supervision.
4. Must be efficient, punctual, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
5. Good research, drafting, and opinion writing skills.
6. To assist with any other works assigned as required.
7. To update and liaise with clients.
CHAMBERING STUDENT
1. To assist master/lawyer in drafting cause papers, preparing, and/or compiling the bundle of documents.
2. To assist the master/lawyer in conducting legal research.
3. Exposure to conducting Case Management/Hearing/Mediation/Trials in Courts & Arbitration Centre.
4. Each task completed by the pupil in chamber is under supervision of the master/lawyer.
5. Other relevant tasks may be assigned by the master/lawyer.
Qualifications and Requirements:
LITIGATION & SYARIE LAWYER
1. Possess a Law Degree (LLB) and LLBS with a valid Practicing Certificate and Sijil Annual and possess at least Selangor KL Syarie Certificate.
2. At least 2-3 years working experience in Syariah & probate matters.
3. Good personality and hardworking.
4. Good negotiation and communication skills.
5. Possess own transport and willing to travel.
6. Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
7. Able to conduct Court trials or have assisted in Court trials.
8. Experience in Family Law would be an advantage.
CHAMBERING STUDENT
1. LL.B (Hons)/ CLP.Requirements:
1. Serious applicants only who focus on enhancing litigation skills, knowledge empowerment, and developing team spirit.
2. Pupillage allowance is available; however, applicants who prioritize luxurious allowances may not be suitable candidates.
3. Possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written).
4. Willing to learn.
5. Able to work together in a team.
6. Responsible and meticulous in completing tasks.
7. Possess good research skills.
