**Job Description:**

MYEG Services Berhad is seeking a motivated and reliable Live Chat Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our customer service operations, you will engage with customers through live chat channels, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Engagement:** Actively manage live chat inquiries from customers, providing timely, accurate, and friendly responses to their questions and concerns.
- **Issue Resolution:** Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex cases to the relevant departments as necessary.
- **Information Provision:** Communicate pertinent information regarding our services, policies, and procedures to customers effectively.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather feedback from customers to help improve our services and customer experience continuously.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the system. Ensure all communications comply with established quality standards and policies.
- **Collaboration:** Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize workflows and enhance service delivery.
- **Product Knowledge:** Stay updated on company offerings, promotions, and industry trends to ensure informed responses to customer inquiries.
- **Performance Monitoring:** Participate in regular training sessions and performance reviews to develop skills and knowledge continuously and ensure compliance with service goals.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, with a focus on live chat support or similar communication methods preferred.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is desirable.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with live chat software, CRM tools, and other communication platforms. Adeptness in basic troubleshooting and technical support is advantageous.
- **Personality Traits:**
- **Reliable:** Attendance and punctuality are essential; candidates must demonstrate consistency in meeting work commitments.
- **Motivated:** Displays a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and commitment to personal and professional growth.
- **Soft Skills:**
