Job Description:
Sapura Energy Berhad is seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This position will be remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our live chat platform.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Independent and adaptable personality traits
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
- Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule effectively
