### Job Description

Eco World Development Group Berhad is seeking a motivated and skilled Live Chat Representative to join our customer service team. This part-time, work-from-home position is integral to our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer queries promptly. As a Live Chat Representative, you will act as the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with the information and assistance they need.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Interaction**: Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery.
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify and analyze customer issues, delivering effective solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- **Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and ease of access.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about Eco World Development Group's products and services to provide accurate information and direct customers accordingly.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer service practices.
- **Innovation & Improvement**: Propose enhancements to internal processes based on customer feedback and your observations, fostering a culture of innovation.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and evaluate personal performance metrics and customer satisfaction scores, striving to exceed targets.
- **Continuous Learning**: Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge base related to customer service and our industry.

### Requirements

- **Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat environment or similar role.
- **Educational Background**: A diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

- **Driven**: Self-motivated with a strong desire to provide excellent service and meet personal and team goals.

- **Critical Thinking**: Capability to analyze problems effectively, ensuring well-considered, logical solutions are presented to customers.

- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using customer support tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.), including familiarity with chat support platforms.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is a plus.
- **Availability**: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
