We're searching for a TikTok Live Streamer / Host with an energetic personality to be the face of our TikTok channel specializing in Trading Card Game (TCG) products – resonate your passion with the community!
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and host live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok to showcase and sell products which include trading cards and collectibles.
Monitor and respond to comments and questions during live streams, build rapport with viewers, and address their concerns or objections.
Engage with the audience in real time, answer questions, and build a sense of community.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of our offerings and their benefits.
Use persuasive techniques to encourage viewers to purchase or take desired actions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest information on our products or services.
Conduct research and gather insights into customer needs and preferences.
Encourage user-generated content and testimonials.
Familiarize yourself with the technical aspects of live streaming platforms and equipment and troubleshoot technical issues during live streams.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in live streaming and sales techniques.
Required language(s):Fluent Malay
Experience in a sales role with proven track record of meeting targets.
Must be comfortable in front of camera, and must NOT be camera shy.
Presentable image and demeanour - outgoing, energetic, and charismatic traits.
Coaching will be provided by industry experts with proven track record of success.
Excellent interpersonal skills ( talkative ) will be an added advantage.
Prior exposure to TCG such as Pokemon, One Piece, Disney Lorcana, and etc. will be an added advantage.
Willing to work at our streaming studio inSouthkey ,Johor Bahru .
