About the Role:Overview:
This role acts as management of the APAC team of Professional Services Technical Project Managers.
The main remit of this role is to manage the day-to-day of the team in APAC by supporting the team, focusing on the team's development, and ensuring the book of work is resourced in a timely manner.
The individual fulfilling this role will need to collaborate regularly with the local heads of technical project management in other regions. In addition the individual will need to collaborate with the global head of project management, solution design heads and individuals, plus others internally and externally.
Management Responsibilities:
Management of the local team of Professional Service Technical Project Managers in APACLiaising with Solution Design and Project Management heads, other technical project management heads, and sales, to ensure pipeline is understood and resourced appropriately for implementation activitiesLiaising with clients and building strong working relationshipsManage, Forecast and monitor resource capability and utilisation, staffing appropriately for all customer engagementsEnsure timely and efficient implementations that meet our agreed client requirements, accelerate time to go live and measure productivity improvementsWorking with our project management system, monday.com, and ensuring the team are actively engaged with the system and updating it appropriatelyAct as escalation point for any projects that deviate from agreed timelines and ensuring application of further escalation processSupporting Head or Project Management in the creation & maintenance of Technical Project Management support documentationLiaising with the Director of Integration & Integration Development Manager to ensure pipeline is understood and resourced appropriately for integration activities.Supporting Head or Project Management to recruit and develop a high-performing Professional Services Implementation team, developing career paths for team members that allows for growth and development within the Professional Services and OSTTRASupporting Head or Project Management in MIS tracking and production – Implementation resultsRequirements:
Demonstrate managerial experience or capability to manage a team located within APACWork effectively as part of a global teamCollaborate effectively with others within and outside of the direct teamDemonstrate the ability to lead by example and promote the right approach to work and behaviours within the teamKnowledge of OSTTRA applications, and workflows, and key messaging languages such as XML, FIX and CSV associated with theseDesire to grow one's own knowledge, and assist others in the team in developing their knowledge and expertiseProcess-oriented with excellent organisational skillsCustomer facing skillsVerbal and written communication skillsAbout OSTTRACandidates should note that OSTTRAis anindependentfirm,jointly owned by S&P Global and CME Group.
