Logistic Executive

Tasks & Responsibilities:Oversee and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and distribution of goods.Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.Optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining high-quality standards.Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies for inventory control and reduction of excess stock.Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for shipments.Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand, plan shipments, customers sampling and ensure smooth logistics operations.Implement and maintain logistics-related software system (preferably Autocount) to track and manage shipments effectively.Resolve logistics-related issues and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in logistics management.Manage customer and vendor complaints.Data creation and entries.Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems in an organized and efficient manner.Support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.Preparing samples for customers and customer services.Prepare and maintain logistics reports and report logistics situation to management regularly. Requirements:Minimum achievement of SPM and above.  Bachelor's degree in Logistics, a related field is preferred.At least 1-2 years of proven experience in logistics with a track record of successful coordination and optimization of transportation and distribution processes.Familiar with logistics management process, with strong organisation and coordination skills.Good time management and problem solving skills, able to respond to emergencies efficiently.Proficient in the use of office software, especially Excel and logistics management system.Good communication skills to maintain smooth communication with all parties.
