Job Description:
Lead in identifying and investigating internal thefts and fraud in the store. Analyze data related to shrinkage, inventory discrepancies, and incidents to determine areas of concern. Develop and implement security policies and procedures to safeguard company assets. Conduct stores surprise audit accordance with the QSC and ZTC checklists at least one store per day Brief the audit findings during exit meetings with store manager/PIC Draft, finalize and share the audit findings and reports with management Conduct in-store surprise cash count and warehouse delivery check as well as handle ad-hoc request from HQ to ensure the store is 100% compliance with the store policy Prepare and present reports on security-related incidents, investigations, and loss prevention initiatives to senior management. Assist with stores and warehouse stocktake and ensure completion of all stocktake investigations are on the same day Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management that deemed relevant Role Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to security and loss prevention.
