M&E Bim Modeller

Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for M&E systems using software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.Conduct clash detection and coordination with other disciplines to resolve conflicts.Assist in the development of BIM standards and library.Participate in project meetings, providing insights and updates on modelling progress.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology. Job Qualifications: Possess Bachelor Degree in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 2 years experience as a BIM Modeller, preferably in the M&E sector.Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit / Navisworks / AutoCAD is required.Strong understanding of MEP systems, building codes, and standards.Excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.Strong communication skills and teamwork.
