Position Summary:
Perform routine job and preventive maintenances.
Repairs major sporadic equipment faults.
Failure prevention activities and optimization of equipment performance and reliability to original level.
Emphasis on preventive and continuous incremental equipment improvement activities.
What You Will Do:
Handling multiple machines process, maintenances, and projects under Equipment Engineering Group (EEG).
What You Will Bring:
Proven working experience as maintenance technician.
Experience in Wire bonding background.
Familiar with Pick-and-Place process.
Willing to work in shift rotation.
Willing to work OT.
Diploma in relevant fields.
Field of Study:
Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Electronic Engineering.
Years of Experience (Minimum):
3 - 5 years.
