Details of the offer

1. To perform building mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil maintenance works2. To attend/respond on call to check problem during guest inside the room or check out3. Any others job assignment as and when required by superior4. To carry out preventive maintenance work as scheduled5. To comply with the safe working practices as far as maintenance work concerned**Requirements**:1. SPM / O level / SKM level 1/2/3 or equivalent2. Skill - plumbing, a/c, av system, painting, civil, electrical3. Work on shift / weekend / PHPay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,999.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceAbility to commute/relocate:- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Technician: 1 year (preferred)Expected Start Date: 06/10/2024
