Business Need / Purpose of Role Handle all inward and outward clearance for vessels callsLiaise with Port Authorities, Immigration Authority, Customs, Vessel Berthing, and Operation movement.
Prepare summary of vessels condition and sailing report, etc.
Handle trading certs, post stage control and class surveyor?Organized and coordinate transportation for crew, owner representatives, surveyor, and etc?Assist in vetting work for schedule updating and input/output of data.
Preparing of necessary documents for delivery,  shipyard permit, port authority approval & etc.
Filing and records document from vessel (voyage)?Provide regular information and to assist with the compilation of reports.
Keeping close update and communication with Principal and vessel/Supt/Owner's relating to vessel matters and requirements.
Other adhoc duties as assigned by Superior.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Prior knowledge of Maritime operations, Local law and regulations.
Communication skills to engage terminal representatives, principal and/or vessels.Adept atPort and Immigration documentationProficiency at basic computer skills including MS office and MS outlook.
Must be professional in conduct and practice, and also reliable as each report are time critical.Creative, responsive and adaptive in a dynamic environment Education/Experience At least year of working experience either In ship agency service industry or In Oil/Gas/Offshore industry as engine or deck cadetAt least GCE "O" Level or Equivalent Diploma in Maritime Studies - Preferred  Why Inchcape Shipping Services?
