Management Analyst – Strategy and Operations
(J-JJLEM-24-0000030)The job holder provides high-level support to the CEO and the senior management team among others in strategic implementation, analysis, and presentations. Additionally, the job holder is responsible for following up on change management agendas and operational process improvements in cooperation with the CEO of JJ-Lurgi group.
ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Business Implementation:
Assist in the execution and implementation of strategic initiatives, including global expansion, market entry plans, and R&D projects.
Collaborate with relevant departments to implement key findings from market research and business cases.
Support the 'going global' strategy by aiding in vendor qualifications and establishing partnerships with international vendors.
Market Research & Analysis:
Provide support to the Sales department in conducting, analyzing, and presenting in-depth market intelligence data to senior management for decision-making purposes.
Develop business case presentations for market penetration and expansion strategies, particularly for the company's 'going global' initiative.
Process Improvement & Change Management:
Work closely with senior management on process improvements and optimizing tools, particularly in procurement, leveraging SAP systems and Power BI for streamlining operations.
Propose and implement change management initiatives that align with the company's operational and strategic goals.
Board & Senior Management Support:
Prepare materials for board meetings and other stakeholder meetings, including reports, presentations, and agendas.
Assist with the preparation and follow-up of action items discussed in executive meetings.
Provide administrative support as needed, ensuring seamless communication and workflow within the executive team.
Marketing & Branding:
Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and other initiatives to enhance the company's brand visibility.
Manage and coordinate events aimed at enhancing the company's market presence both locally and internationally.
Support marketing activities, including the preparation of marketing collaterals and working closely with the marketing team for market entry.
Required QualificationsMaster's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Information Technology, or other relevant fields.
At least 3 years of working experience providing management support and data analysis in a multinational context. Ambitious and motivated fresh graduates who are interested in venturing into the business/management field are welcome to apply.
Experience in supporting change management initiatives and process improvements is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams as well as with senior management level.
