Management Trainee / Supervisor

Job Responsibilities: Quality Assurance - Ensure all products are maintained in its quality, packed in the right packaging and produced in a timely manner according to the daily and weekly production plan.
Achieves QC or QA operational objectives by monitoring and assigning day-today activities and identifying the gaps and problems.
Assist for returned samples inspection, conduct root cause and failure analysis investigation on all returns and take corrective action.
Responsible for maintaining inspection records, quality-related documents, codes, standards, and specifications.
Job Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
Previous experience in a supervisory role with manufacturing or production environment and with minimum 3 year working experiences.
Fresh graduate and entry level are encouraged to apply.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or evenings as required.
Able to travel to China for 3-6 months training.
Able to speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantaged.
