Recruitment Planning & Development Work closely with Agency Performance Management (APM) and Training teams to support Y1Y2 agents /leaders in recruitment development.Plan and organize recruitment activities such as BYB, Workshop, Seminar in building agency recruitment system.Performance monitoring of Y1Y2 productivity, retention for all initiatives & contests related.Develop system/process to track the outcome and effectiveness of programs for improvement such as leads or prospective new recruit's management.Explore and venture new recruitment platform and activity such as digital platform, Uni/College collaboration to increase recruitment awareness and numbers.Organize, monitor and track recruitment activities, results, follow up and update with respective stakeholders.Communication and Organization Development To develop marketing/promotion collaterals, support and achieve agency strategic action plans on improving Activation, Productivity, Recruit and Retention.To promote company recruitment programs such as EDP, PRUVenture.Communicate and motivate by promoting Agency, Regional or Company's challenges, incentives and contest.Assist and support all launches and recruitment event including Career Talks, recruitment activities or regional major initiatives and events.Monitoring and Tracking Activities Generate progressive / Management report for agents & leaders on performance tracking.Actively monitor the Y1Y2 performance, work closely with agency growth team and trainers to understand regional needs, and plan effectively.Generate progressive report for agents & leaders on performance updates. Job Specification: Degree in related discipline. Working experience in life insurance industry is essential, especially in Agency Distribution/Agency Strategy/Projects Management Office.Possess initiative, strong leadership and excellent communication skills.Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.Self-starter with pleasant personality and service-oriented work perspective.Experience/knowledge in the event/marketing planning and operations will be an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
