Ensure that local HR policies, procedures, and practices in Malaysia align with broader Group HR strategies and business objectives set by SG HQ. Work with Snr HR Executive (SG) to fulfil all candidate sourcing and onboarding requests for SG and MY executives and workers. Work with SG HR Team to implement the new HRIS for Group HR (SG and MY). Provide timely and accurate submission of HR and any other reports as required by Group HR and HQ. Support internal audits and regulatory compliance tasks. Promote a unified company culture that aligns with the group's values and mission, working closely with Group HR to ensure consistency in employee engagement and workplace culture. Take on any other new assignments from Senior Management and Group HR.
