Manager (IAM & AD) plays a role as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and stays abreast of cyber security threats and solution developments in the IAM & AD domain in order to provide advice and expertise to businesses.
Key Accountabilities:
Domain Architecture:
Act as the IAM & AD Domain design authority by reviewing and approving designs from a security perspective, advising project teams as domain SME and collaborating with the security architecture team in developing reference architectures, baselines, and solution guidelines.
Domain Knowledge:
Increase expertise and competencies in the specific domain through participation in seminars, literature review, and networking with domain solution providers to stay up to date with domain market and cyber security developments.
Capability Development:
Act as the trainer in Cyber Security trainings to embed domain knowledge/expertise into cyber security functions, Group Digital, and businesses.
Operational Excellence:
Create business papers to justify and ensure endorsement for identified solutions. Maintain an overview of core functions and business direction to ensure full protection for all company assets & systems against cyber threats. Monitor and facilitate cybersecurity-managed products in IAM and AD, which may include but is not limited to product management, oversight on contractual requirements and performance of managed services, and vendor-related relationship management.
Qualification and Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in technology-related areas, with specific expertise in the IAM & AD domain.
Has fully implemented end-to-end projects in a technical role in cybersecurity.
Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing enterprise Microsoft solutions would be an added advantage.
Fundamental knowledge may be any or a combination of the following:
Certifications in any of these areas: CISSP, CRISC, CISM, IEC62443.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Cyber Security role excluding project management responsibilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
