Supporting the strategic development of recruitment activities and ensure the delivery of Company's financing schemes and recruitment initiatives across regions. Identify and support other recruitment pipelines to achieve Company recruitment target. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Recruitment pipeline tracking and progress – including monthly nationwide activities updates, pipeline tracking, BYB reports and registration progress. PV Venture Program - help to design, execute and monitor the progress of PV Venture Program and identify any productivity gaps that may exist and think ways to close it PRUFutuready Leaders club (Future leaders) – activities, liaison with L&D, all progress report and payment with regards to PFL specific challenge/ incentive payout. Adaptation of all things digital (i.e PRUForce Recruitment module), Website. Ensure social media content is compliant to Prudential for all platforms, includes liaison with vendor on content and campaigns initiated. Supporting, involved in ideation and execution of all recruitment strategy and activities to achieve Recruitment goals. Job Specification: Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any studies. Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in insurance/ financial services industry. Strong project management skills and keen understanding of strategic development planning and execution. Ability to produce under pressure and management of timelines and production. Experienced in either Agency Training, Strategic Development, Agency Development or Strategic Business Planning is an added value. Knowledge Shows understanding of Company's Agency business channel, compensation and development structure. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications skills in English.
