ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the overall talent management framework and learning strategies for IOIPG.
Evaluate individual and organizational learning and development needs in a structured manner.
Design and deliver effective learning and development interventions through a combination of e-learning and traditional learning methods to meet the organization's learning goals.
Drive and manage talent review process to identify and manage high potential employees to build a strong talent pipeline and successor readiness in the organization.
Implement succession planning and talent management plans by working closely with People & Culture Business Partners and Business Unit Heads.
Coordinate and implement an effective orientation program for new hires to ensure a high level of new hire onboarding experience and to assist new hires to better assimilate into the organization.
Ensure periodic review of quality and costs of training programs and vendors.
Lead and drive annual Voice of Employee Survey implementation for all entities in IOIPG by collaborating with People & Culture Business Partners.
Develop and maintain learning & organization development Standard Operating Procedure for IOIPG.
Effectively manage Human Resource Development Fund contribution and utilization for relevant entities in IOIPG.
Execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or other persons designated by the Company.
RequirementsStrong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good networking and relationship-building skills.
Familiar with E-learning platforms.
A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum 8 -10 years of relevant working experience.
