Manager (Strategic Planning)

1) Formulate and drive the development of Internal Audit Charter, standards and the establishment of Procedure and Guideline in collaboration with other Internal Audit Units, cascading and reporting.
2) Strategize and drive the establishment of long term resource plan and Internal Audit Reporting Structure 
3) Develop and maintain quality assurance and improvement program that covers all aspects of internal audit activity. 
4) Lead and drive Capability Development, Internal Audit Talent Strategy in accordance with the governing framework, approaches and methodologies 
Qualification :
A Bachelor's Degree holderin Business Administration, Accounts Finances or equivalent

  Requirements: Minimum 8 years of working experiences. Experience minimum 5 years in oil and gas industry will be an added advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
