Manager, Talent Development & Staff Engagement

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Manager, Talent Development & Staff Engagement to lead our internal staff development programs.
This role is crucial in driving talent growth and fostering an engaging workplace culture.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive staff development programs aligned with Elsa's strategic goals.
Identify skills gaps and design training modules to enhance staff performance and engagement.
Partner with department heads to understand team needs and customize development strategies.
Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and career progression initiatives.
Champion employee engagement initiatives to build a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs through feedback and performance metrics.
Stay ahead of HR trends and best practices to continuously improve Elsa's talent strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Talent Development / Human Resource or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
Demonstrated success in creating and implementing employee development programs.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
