Manager, Tender Management

Job Purpose:
Manage and drive the tendering and procurement process for all developments/projects to meet the Company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and Lead the tendering and procurement process strategy for all developments/projects to meet the Company's objectives
Prepare selection of eligible contractors for tender exercise based on approved Management Masterlist of Contractors
Manage the tendering process to ensure Tender Exercise, Tender Approval Papers for Management (Circulation, GTC & BTC) approval and Tender Award as per Management Approval
Manage tender award process as per Management (Circulation, GTC & BTC) approval
Ensure all tendering and procurement process meet the Company's objectives
Ensure product launch readiness by timely tender and procurement processes to meet Company's financial targets
Consolidate data through Elemental Cost Analysis upon award of contract
Conduct market intelligence and provide key insight on industry cost benchmark and impact (especially on materials and services)
Lead in driving the utilization of procurement systems and tool in executing the procurement activities
Provide information to Marketing Department on construction cost for preparation of selling price and feasibility for the purpose of award of contract
Lead and coach team members and ensure effectiveness and efficiency in delivery of business results
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Survey or related field.
7-8 years of relevant experience in the Property Development industry.
Registered Member of Board of QS Malaysia (BQSM) or Royal Institute of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM).#J-18808-Ljbffr
