Marketing Admin Officer/Executive

Greet marketing visitors at the front desk, guide them to the meeting room and notify colleagues upon visitors' arrivalAssist with printing, copying, and storing marketing department documentsAssist in reviewing documents issued in the name of Marketing DirectorSchedule and organize the marketing department's meetings and conferencesAssist in coordinating internal staff activities (festival celebration/team building). Assist in overseeing marketing department employee's attendance; Assist in managing company assets (IT resources) for the marketing departmentMonitor and update the marketing department's monthly, and quarterly budget and expense reportsInitiate and submit Purchase Order (PO), invoicing, and payment for the marketing department; Assist in providing the company's details to third-party agencies/vendors to issue invoicesAssist in response to marketing-related inquiries from customers by social media messaging, email, or phone through the CRM systemAssist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by Marketing Director as and when required
