Job Descriptions: To generate sales with the aim of achieving individual and company's sales target on monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Identify new sales opportunities within online advertising media by growing the market share and advertising spend onto digital out of home (DOOH) programmatic platforms. Attracting new clients and digital agencies by innovating and formulating advertising solutions for their business. Assist in ideation, strategizing and implementation of creative solutions for clients. Collect and analyse current trends in the media to gather market information to identify opportunities to grow.Measure and prepare campaign performance reports of client campaigns, assessing this against goal (ROI and KPIs) – Weekly, monthly & annually. To build and expand good rapport and relationship with clients, agencies, advertisers and media buyers. Monitor competitors' sales strategies and ensure company is competitive in terms of pricing , servicing and etc. Work with project and finance to ensure timely delivery of campaigns executions- monitoring and chasing work progress while maintaining good accounts and collections from advertiser and agencies. Analyze and prepare reports on sales progress on weekly, monthly and annual basis. Job Requirements: Degree Holder (or equivalent) in Business Management, Marketing, Media / Advertising and other relevant disciplines. At least 2 years' experience working in a similar role.Excellent project management skills, passionate about digital marketing, enjoy learning and executing digital strategy. Versatile and flexible, with the ability to work under pressure. Ability to apply marketing insight and ideas to clients' objectives.A great attitude, a willingness to learn and master new skills and commitment to excellence. Understand of digital technologies such as Facebook, Google tools, performance, digital media tools and basic knowledge in SEO, SEM and HTML will be a plus point.
