Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Celcom Axiata Berhad is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Entry Level Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Support the marketing team in organizing events and promotions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and confident personality
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- No prior experience required, but internship or relevant coursework is a plus
