Job Description Keypath Education is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our innovative and collaborative marketing team. This role provides an opportunity to create and implement the marketing campaigns to provide a best-in-class experience for our students and drive performance outcomes for Keypath and our university partners.
In this position, you will implement automated marketing efforts defined by our roadmap for our university partners in both Australia and South East Asia. Your approach to all activities will be to prioritise the needs of the customer, whilst still understanding the technical elements and having the ability to communicate to a broad range of stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be well versed in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, best practice email & SMS. You may be Salesforce certified or working towards certification.
This role sits within the Customer Experience team and will work closely with the automation team based in Australia, along with IT and marketing.
Key Accountabilities :
Setup, scale and optimise best practice email and SMS campaigns and journeys that drive improved performance and efficiency (including A/B testing) In collaboration with the Marketing Automation team, build, document and report on marketing automation activity, including quality assurance and A/B tests Support the implementation of new program or partner launches, undertaking best practice SFMC principals. Monitor & report on automation performance to the broader marketing team In collaboration with the Marketing Automation team understand the omni-channel strategy and the role marketing automation plays Ensure data collection and marketing communications adhere to spam & privacy laws and document processes that mitigate risk. Qualifications 2+ years' experience in a marketing automation role Excellent stakeholder management skills, with an ability to work with IT and translate for all stakeholders. Experience with marketing automation platforms including (but not limited to) Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Twillio Experience using CRM platforms, Google Analytics, and tag manager Hands on experience building email templates using HTML/CSS End to end experience in building journeys in SFMC (including planning, execution & troubleshooting) Experience in SQL and audience segmentation. Salesforce Marketing Cloud certified is an advantage, but not essential.
