Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and initiatives across various regions.Liaise between different departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure deadlines are met.Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear and consistent communication.Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.Digital Marketing Support: Assist the Digital Marketing Director in managing online campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.Help monitor digital marketing performance and generate reports on key metrics.Brand Management Support: Support the Brand Director in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.Assist in the development and distribution of promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.Market Research: Conduct research on global education trends, competitor activities, and target markets to inform marketing strategies.Compile and analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for marketing initiatives.Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating educational events, webinars, and exhibitions to promote Malaysian education globally.Handle logistics, registrations, and follow-up activities for events.Administrative Tasks: Manage marketing department files, databases, and documentation.Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in marketing, coordination or a related role (internships or entry-level experience acceptable).Experienced working in an international or multicultural environment is an advantage.Knowledge of the education sector, particularly in Southeast Asia. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing software).Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.A passion for education and an interest in promoting Malaysian education globally.
