Job Description:- Able to start immediatelyDigital marketing: Managing online presence across platforms, including social media, email marketing and paid advertising.CRM (Customer Relationship Management): Nurturing customer relationships, analyzing data and optimizing retention strategies.Creativity: Brainstorming new and innovative ideas to drive the target audience to outlets.Collaboration: Work closely with the manager and cross functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, turning the strategist's vision into reality.Action plans: Create transparency for all involved stakeholders by creating road maps with action plans and deadlines. Continuously track status: following up on all processes, deliverables, deadlines, result from planning phase until postmortem.Managing marketing campaigns: Coordinating complex marketing campaigns with multiple involved internal and external stakeholders and dependencies and distribution through multiple channels.Stay up-to-date: sensitive with industry trends and continuously enhancing skills to performTo perform and other duties with in the department as and when assigned by immediate superior.
Job Requirements: Education level:
Diploma/Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication or relevant
Experience: Preferable at least 2 years of brand marketing experience with exposure of marketing mix and retail industryAbility to translate marketing strategy into tactics and actionable plansStrong interpersonal skills for both written and oral, especially in English (Mandarin optional) with a focus on teamworkBasic knowledge of taking photo and video, as well as editing skillsIndependent, confident, proactive, able to work with minimum supervision
