Marketing Executive

a. Coordinate the packing material transit intercompany;b. Analyze packing material stocks and propose solutions for improve storage and usage;c. Plan, buy and oversee delivery of packing material needed for production;d. Coordinate packing material delivery dates within warehouse and suppliers;e. Develop customer new artworks with printers;f. Suggest, enhance and work on new in-house brands for design optimization on cost and visual;g. Report weekly the packing material position for each category;h. Report to HOD position of packing material incoming, stock and losses;i. Report packing material rejects and disposal position;j. Make sure all balance packing material have been used;k. Correct new artworks with customer master design;l. Seek Quality department PIC approval for all items for first design or any changes review;m. Contact, discuss and negotiate with suppliers about artworks changes on design in the light of customer needs;n. Adheres to and implements company policies and procedures;o. Presents regular updates and information to other department heads and executives;p.
