Assist in planning, coordinating and implementing sales and marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's projects.
Work closely with advertising/media agencies, consultants, and suppliers on all advertising and promotional materials and media schedules.
Assist in planning, preparing, and executing all marketing collaterals, project videos, scale models, online marketing, and social media materials.
Able to suggest offline marketing tools.
Propose monthly marketing plans and prepare weekly meeting slides on Sales & Marketing related matters.
Coordinate with relevant parties on preparations for sales launches, promotional activities, exhibitions, and road shows.
Liaise with relevant authorities for approval of licenses and ensure timely submission of licenses and reports required by authorities.
Requirements:
At least a Degree/Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years' working experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the property development industry.
Good command of verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Possess knowledge in designing and copywriting works.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of IFCA Property System is an added advantage.
Candidates without the above qualifications but with relevant experience in property development will also be considered.
Willing to work during weekends as required.
Willing to be based in Putrajaya.
