Job Scopes : - Create effective relationships with other departments, strategic partners, and Area Managers.Manage the product development for the new product branding.Coordinate, consolidate, and maintain up-to-date marketing calendar.Manage the organization of the company product exhibitions around the Asia Pacific.Develop marketing folders, brochures, and flyers for sales support.Scouting the digital agency and directing them to develop the social media plan.Execution of the company product marketing plan.Manage marketing A&P budgets, evaluate marketing spending and resource allocation to meet business objectives, and measure ROI together with the Marketing Director.Analyze the market, consumers, and competitive scenario for the bakery ingredients market for the food service channel mainly and the plant-based drinks in both retail and food service channels.Participate in key sales and marketing presentations with the sales team.Organize training sessions with the technical support (Chefs) with the sales team.
