Responsibilities: • Develop and lead the execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns and activities that align with the company's objectives to increase brand visibility, market share, and revenue in the luxury jewellery market.
• Establish a marketing calendar that outlines key initiatives, promotions, and events throughout the year, ensuring alignment with business goals, brand identity, seasonal trends, and key product launches.
• Plan, develop and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, OOH, social media, in-store promotions and visual merchandising.
• Establish and enhance the brand positioning in the luxury segment, focusing on customer engagement and brand storytelling that resonates with high-end clientele.
• Work in tandem with a Creative Director for the creation of compelling and visually appealing content that reflects the brand's luxury positioning across all platforms, including but not limited to brand posters, websites, social media, email marketing, visual merchandising and sales materials.
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing executives, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring that all team members are aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
• Spearhead the organization and execution of high-profile events, trade shows, and promotional activities that attract and engage target audiences, driving sales and brand loyalty. • Develop and execute digital marketing plans, including online advertising, social media marketing and email marketing to maximize online presence and drive engagements
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment for all marketing activities.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations with influencers, luxury entities, organizations and media outlets to amplify brand reach and credibility.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the luxury goods sector, with a strong understanding of high-end consumer behaviour and market dynamics.
• Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, especially in the context of luxury branding and high-end retail.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Flexibility to travel as required for events, meetings, and market research.
