MAXIS OUTBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE - JAN/FEB 2025 INTAKE !
!Position:Maxis Outbound Customer Service Executive (Normal Working Hours)
Employment Type:6 - 12 Months Renewable Contract
Operating Hours:Monday - Friday (9AM to 6PM)
Basic Salary:RM 2500 - RM 3000 and Incentive Based on Performance
Job Description
Perform outbound calls to Maxis existing customers of SME companies.
To meet/exceed agreed sales, productivity, and quality standards.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Requirements:
SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.
Minimum of 1 year of contact center/telesales experience is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu, both written and spoken.
Able to start on January/February 2025 and possess own transport.
Fully vaccinated with Covid-19 vaccination.
