Key Responsibilities: Product Design & Development: Assist in the design and development of mechanical/structural components and systems related to FRP water tanks, ensuring they meet product specifications and quality standards.Technical Calculations: Responsible for the calculations of our Bill of Materials (BOM) according to tank size and customer specifications.3D Modeling & CAD: Create and modify 3D models, drawings, and schematics using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).Prototyping & Testing: Support the creation of prototypes and conduct testing to validate designs and assess performance.Manufacturing Support: Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and to troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process.Quality Control: Ensure that products & accessories manufactured by the client meets our in-house quality standards.Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, providing technical insights to enhance manufacturing processes and efficiency.Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports. Maintain accurate records of design revisions and changes.Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including other engineers, production staff, and quality assurance, to ensure the successful development and implementation of mechanical solutions.Key requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Experience: 0-3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Technical Skills:Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).Proficiency in Microsoft ExcelUnderstanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.Familiarity with basic mechanical engineering principles, including thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and material science.Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot design and manufacturing issues. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy in design,
calculation and documentation. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate
